The other day I shared with you the first secret of having enough money which is You Must Make It Your Top Most Priority. So what is the next step to take once you have decided once for all that you are not going to settle for less than this. Well, let me sharre with you today the 2nd secret to having enough money. SPEND LESS THAN YOU EARN. Yes it is that simple. There is no other way. If you keep spending all that you earn, you are never going to have any money, forget about having enough money. So it is very very important that you cut your expenses, limit your wants and focus on savings if you are having challenge of having enough money. Cut you expenses by 10%, and you have 10% more money every month. Let me show you what positive difference a saving of mere Rs. 1000 every month can make on your financial health. Let us say, your current expenses are Rs. 10000 per month and you are 30 year old. Now if you cut your expenses by 10% i.e. by Rs. 1000 per month and you invest it every month and able to get a return of 12%, you will have over Rs. 35 lac in your retirment kitty, to be precise Rs. 3529913, by the time you are 60. So remember the second mantra of having enough money: SPEND LESS THAN YOU EARN. Happy Saving!!!!

The First Secret of Having Enough Money in Your Life!

"We Can Not Do Everything At Once, But We Can Do Something At Once."

Most of us keep delaying the things that we know we need to do yet we never do. Things like  saving regularly for our children and for our own financially secure retirement, having proper life & health insurance, investments that we know we need to make,  we always keep putting it off until the next week, the next month, the next year which normally does not come next. As a result we lose the invaluable time and the task becomes difficult day by day, month by month, year by year. We are always waiting for the right time and the right amount of money. We never seem to have just enough money. So here is The Secret - MAKE IT A PRIORITY. You will never ever have enough money Unless YOU MAKE IT YOUR TOPMOST PRIORITY. So if you want to have enough money in your life, START with whatever you have, wherever you are . The most important thing is to begin with what you have. Remember, the journey of a thousand miles start with a single step.

What Will Happen If The Tap of Your Regular Income is Turned off Suddenly?

"It's not how much money you make, but how much money you keep, how hard it works for you, and how many generations you keep it for."
Robert Kiyosaki - Author of Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Most of us make the mistake thinking that we are rich bacause we are earning good/big/hefty salaries. Not only that we spend even more to feel richer. The truth is you are not rich by how much you earn or how much you spend. But how much you save and how much you grow your savings. As I always say, nobody became rich by spending money. The true measure of wealth is how long it will last if your regular earnings stop. So if you want to judge how rich or wealthy you are, ask yourself this: how long will you and your family last if the tap of your regular income is turned off today.
